Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to provide some feedback to Jack's Place on the excellent customer service provided by one Helen, a lady, at the Jack's Place outlet at the Heeren. Helen's service for our table of eight on a Saturday night was excellent. She was very helpful in making suggestions from the menu and she made sure that there was a smooth and constant flow from course to course throughout ur dinner.
