Subject: Online Feedback Form

I had visited many restaurants in the same category as Jacks Place but none had provided such a high quality level of food and service as Jacks Place. The food was served hot and the taste was perfect.

In particular, I would like to commend Mdm Ang Seow Hong for her excellent customer service and dedication. She had not only patiently explained the various items on the menu to us but also personally ensured that our food was served in a timely manner and according to our instructions. She had also gone the extra miles to check back on our dinning experience mid way through our meals.
