Subject: Service Excellence of Staff at Safra Jurong Jack's Place Dear Sir/Mdm, Re: Service Excellence of Staff on First Visit I was having my meal at Jack’s Place Safra Jurong on 19 October 2009. It was my first time there and I have heard that Jack’s Place was famous for its steaks. I decided to try it out. I would like to commend the excellent service during my visit. It had truly made my day. I would like to extend my commendations to Kris and his team for giving me such a wonderful dining experience over at Safra Jurong. From the way the food was served to the attitude of the staff, it was a remarkable effort on Kris and his team. I was greeted with a smile and every staff greeted me once I entered the restaurant. The wait time in getting a table and ordering was rather short. I would say that it was almost immediate when I have decided on what to eat. Kris and his team were also able to make good recommendations on the food. The food was served piping and sizzling hot and every little detail such as refilling of drinks and clearing of utensils were efficiently done. My steak was done to perfection on what I requested and it was simply delicious just by the way that it was presented. The efficiency and alertness of staff was truly commendable. In addition, Kris and his team were neatly dressed and their uniform was prim and proper. I would definitely come back to Safra Jurong Jack’s Place again. I would also strongly recommend such excellent service to my friends and acquaintances. Once again, thank you Kris and his team for providing such excellent service on my visit.
