Subject: Compliment Letter For Mr. Laurenz Dear Sir/Madam, I had dinner with my two friends at Seafood Harvest, Bugis outlet on 26th September 2009 at around 2000 hours and were seated at the entrance of the balcony area. We were being served by your staff, Mr. Laurenz (The Filipino Gentleman) and we would like to compliment him for his assistance and service given to us. We felt very hospitable by his attentiveness to us throughout the meal. He guided us to our selection of the menu. Even though we were a little demanding, he willingly abide to our requests with a smile always. Mr. Laurenz also did encourage us to apply for the JP Pepperdine Member Card to receive more benefits when dining at Seafood Harvest. With his advice and encouragement, one of my friends will be applying for the card on her next visit. We would definitely visit Seafood Harvest outlet more often and we look forward to be served by him again. We would definitely recommend our friends to patronize your outlet in the future.
