Subject: Online Feedback Form

I had dinner at Jack's Place AMK this evening at 7.30p.m. Found that the service there was excellent - service crew was friendly and attentive.

I would particularly like to highlight the service of 1 crew - Ms. Li Dong Li. She was conscientious and took initiative to bring us our cutlery, re-fill our water and serve our dessert without any prompting from us.

I think such attentive service requires special mention and compliments. Overall, the service level at JP AMK makes us feel at home, and we will definitely visit JP AMK again!
