Subject: Commendable Service at Jack's Place - Causeway Point Outlet To the Management, I and my family have been regular customers at Jack's Place - Causeway Point outlet for few years. In fact, we celebrate our special occasions such as anniversary and birthdays at this outlet. We are certainly pleased with the wide choice of quality and delicious food provided but they alone are not the reason for patronizing your restaurant. What attract us most are the demonstrated professionalism and the good customer service of the manager and her staff at Causeway Point outlet. We would like to commend the manager Jack's Place - Causeway Point outlet, Amy for her effort of going extra mile to provide an excellent service to the customers. Her warm, friendly, polite and pleasant personality and her utmost sincere and courteous service with a personal touch are praiseworthy. Not only she is accommodating, she also exercises the initiative to know the occasions of our dining there, and provides the right setting and the timely and good recommendations of choice food and promotions. She remembers my name and my family members and gives us a warm welcome whenever we visit the outlet. Her commitment and strife in providing excellent customer service is apparent. She also encourages, trains and motivates her staff to have a similar mindset and they too demonstrate such a customer orientated characteristics. Service staff such as Candy (supervisor) and two other Indian gentlemen (pardon me that I could not recall their names but they always greet me with a great smile and provide efficient service) are some of the staff stand as a testimony of the manager's training and motivation. These staffs are very knowledgeable of the product and are very competent too. We congratulate you for having such a wonderful manager and service staffs whom I believe are great asset to your organization. Best Regards A. J |
