Subject: Excellent Service - Jack's Place, Causeway Point Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to compliment the excellent services provided by the staffs of Causeway Point, Jack's Place. We visited the restaurant about 930pm to 940pm on Friday. As I understood from your staff, the restaurant will be closed at 1030pm and the last order will be on 10pm. Although we arrived very near to the closing time, your staff are still serving us with smile. Unlike the other restaurant out there in the markets, those staffs will usually gives you the annoy expression as they think these people might delay their knock off timing. I will definitely visit the Jack's Place in Causeway Point again as the staffs have shown their professional towards customers. Thank you. Regards, J. H |
