Subject: RE: Buffet Menu on 08 Aug 2009- Conctact No. Hi Clare, Thanks for the wonderful spread catered by Eatzi for my house warming, the food is delicious and my guests gave good reviews on them especially the steak. I would also like to specially comment the effort by Mr. Suran on the set up, being a one-man-operation, it was a challenge for him to get everything in place in double quick time despite my request for the arrival by 730pm. He took the initiative to call and request to have the set-up in the afternoon and deliver the food in the evening to meet the timing. A very dedicated worker indeed. In a challenging economic time like this, where manpower is lean and service standards still have to be maintained, staff resources and talents have to be paramount. Mr. Suran has shown a great deal of passion and dedication in the work he does which is a rare asset to your esteemed company. Please send my regards to him. Thanks once again. Regards, M. F |
