Subject: Compliments to Mr Krishna and Team At Safra Jurong Club To Jacksplace Management, Firstly, I would like to congratulate your company for having an excellent team of service staff at your Safra Jurong Club outlet led by Mr Krishna. I would like to share with you my dining experience at Jacksplace Safra Jurong Club yesterday. We went there to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. It was our second visit to this outlet. On both occasions we were served and attended by Krishna and his team members. We had a wonderful time at your outlet and the service was excellent. The staff members were well groomed, friendly and attentive. All our needs were well taken care of and Krishna recommended some excellent choices of food for my family. My kids had a great time interacting with your staff members. I use to patronage your other outlets especially at West Coast Recreation Centre and I noticed the standard of service at Safra Jurong Club is one notch higher as compared to the other outlets. My compliments to Krishna and his team for giving us a wonderful experience dining at your restaurant. Keep up the good service.
