Subject: Commendation for good service To whom it may concern: We would like to commend Ms. Gail at the Compasspoint Sengkang branch for demonstrating such good and thoughtful service extended to us. During lunch today, she exhibited good product knowledge and resourceful recommendations to make our meal and experience pleasant and fulfilling. We would also like to thank the Manager of the same said outlet (whose name we do not know), as she had resolved our issue on our previous visit for dinner. She had proven to be gracious, thoughtful and professional in handling the said circumstance. My husband and I are truly pleased with not only the quality of food, but more importantly, the service and prompt attention to good detail by your staff.
