Subject: Excellent Steak! Dear Management of Jack's Place, I am writing to congratulate you on the success of your newest branch at SAFRA Jurong West. More importantly, I wish to congratulate you on having Krishna and his team serving at this newest branch. My wife and I have been a regular at Jack's Place for the last few years, and Krishna has never failed to leave us very satisfied and happy, at his previous outlet at Bukit Panjang Plaza. I visited your SAFRA Jurong West branch this evening, and was left very satisfied with the quality of food. I would like to especially commend on the assistant chef who was on this night shift (as Krishna told me the chef was on leave). I was very impressed by the quality of steak the assistant chef prepared. My usual was a medium rare ribeye on a sizzling hotplate. The doness was perfect, and the steak was tender, juicy and hot throughout my meal. Please convey my special thanks to the assistant chef, whose steak was served perfectly, and the black pepper sauce was superb! I am very happy that Krishna and his team (especially the assistant chef) has been able to continuously keep up the high standards at Jack's Place.
