To Jack place management,
 
I visited Jack place at Tampines and encounter good customers experience from your waiter and waitress.
 
All staff are very self motivated to serve their customers.
I was served by Cindy Thoi, she is very pleasant and able to inform customers of the details from the menu and let us make the choice.  She is patient and dedicated to her work.  She deserved credit from your company.
 
Also another waiter, Jayson, he is very self motivated and active in serving his customers.  I was not served by him but his attitude is commendable.
 
I highlighted to Ms Alice Goh on both staff and even wrote the feedback form for them.
 
Both are assets to the organization and I will visit Jack Place at Tampines again.
