Subject: Online feedback forms

 

Totally Bad experience today:

1) Very slow service when serving

2) Garlic bread not fresh
3) Requested for warm water but given hot water
4) Desserts different from what is in the menu
5) Slow when request for bill. Be it sitting down or going straight to counter
5) Staff unsure in usage of 1for1 vouchers. Was told that vouchers can be used before entry into restaurant. Upon payment was told that voucher could not be used. Confirmed by manager but upon clarification, she later said that it can be used.

We were more than well pleased to be served by Mr BIKASH.

As we were early and waiting for our good friends (couple), he served us drinks and encouraged us to sign up for the membership to get the maximum benefits for our frequent visits.


My friends came eventually. food were promptly served with generous topping for our potatoes etc. Mr BIKASH walk by frequently to check that we were satisfied with the food and ensured that we were well served. His service with a SMILE is admirable and pleasant to us.


We all enjoyed the food and had a good time chatting as well without being chased away .... though there were a crowd by then.


We will definitely recommend friends to patronise this Jack's Place.

have been most friendly and eager to serve.  In particular, I would like to

mention the Asst Manager, Kumar, and his team of waiting staff for their

attentiveness and attention to details.

We are regular customers at this outlet and the thing that attracts us is not only the value for money lunch sets that jacks place offer but also the great service provided by Doris and her team.
I would like to commend Doris good service and leadership. Doris is attentive to customers needs and she makes the effort to socialise with customers and she remember what we like. When the outlet becomes really busy she will help out. She is dedicated and she takes pride in her job. We are always greeted with smiles and it makes us feel relaxed We also observed that she gives regularly conducts training to new comers in her team. Pls extend my thanks to Doris and team. Well done!

Subject: Jacks Place Bras Basah – Professionalism and High Service Levels worthy of Commendations !

Dear Manager -In-Charge,

 

Re : High Service Levels worthy of Commendations

 

I had my lunch and dinner on 9 November 2011 as well as dinner yesterday at Jacks Place Bras Basah.

 

Although my prior appointments on Sundays is usually at Nex, I would make my way to Bras Basah Jacks for my meals due to the wonderful service rendered to me and dining experiences from Bras Basah outlet.

 

The followings are certainly worth commendations:-

1. Last Wednesday, on 9 November 2011, when I remembered that Wed’s menu is the Oxtail mail, I called Bras Basah Branch to reserve a set for me. I was caught up in a meeting so I was not able to reach on time.

 

Although I called at peak hour which is usually extremely busy time for Bras Basah outlet, Mr J J who answered the phone was very polite when taking my request for reservation of set meal. I am appreciative of Mr JJ for accommodating my uncommon request over phone especially so when this outlet is experiencing its peak hours.

 

Even though I only managed to reach the outlet at close to 2.30pm, Mr JJ warmly welcomed and he informed me that my requested meal had been reserved and it was ready to be served. A hungry person is certainly very grateful to be served the desired meal. Mr JJ had enabled me to enjoy the infamous oxtail, without me having to wait for the following week.

2. As I had some catching up on reading to do, I stayed at this outlet from lunch till about 9pm. 

 

Although, I did not order any dinner till 8pm, from after lunch till 8pm, Mr David had constantly top up hot water.

 

I am really touched by his attentiveness and very diligent of topping up of my warm water without me even having to ask for it.

 

Thank you Mr David.

 

3.Yesterday, while having my usual Jacks Special, Mr Arun served me with toscano sauce without me asking for it. And he makes hot chocolate for me with the less amount of sugar according to my request of earlier visits.

 

Thank you Mr Arun.

 

4. During one of previous visits, my colleague and myself were talking among ourselves that we should have reserved a four seater table due to our many shopping bags and office bags.

 

To our pleasant surprise, another set of table and chair were added to our dining desk. Mr Kevin has instructed his staff without us asking for it.

 

The above are some and inexhausive instances as if I continue, I am afraid that this letter of commendation may run into pages after pages.

 

Last but not least ! I am touched that all staff of Jacks Place Bras Basah Branch are so attentive, making a point to remember our dining preferences and serving us accordingly. These are indeed worthy commendable gestures. All these heartfelt gestures have certainly make our dining experience very pleasant and memorable. And I look forward to the next visit which is certainly very soon.

 

Much Thanks to Mr JJ, Mr David, Mr Arun, Ms Qui Yan, Ms Sheryl and Mr Kevin. There are other staff whose names I have not included and many other instances which I have not commended as time does not pernit me.
