I would like to give my praise to Andy Tan (the Asst Manager) & Sean (the waiter) for their highly commendable customer service.

My colleagues were throwing me farewell lunch at the restaurant and due to some miscommunications, some of the orders got mixed up and delayed. My colleagues werent too pleased, got upset and become difficult to serve, but Andy shown us exceptionally high EQ which is rare in service industy. He was all smiley and apologise for the mistakes and even got us free ice-cream & a 10% discount voucher for our next visit!

In the end, all of us agreed that all the waiters, waitress and manager are very very polite and provides excellent customer service. We all had a happy lunch :)


What is even more remarkable is he also shown patience with his new staffs and i think he really makes a good leader in the restaurant!


Seriously this is one of the best service i ever gotten! Not even from a high class restaurant you will receive such attentiveness and service!


Thumbs up for the great service & i will recommend my friends to this restaurant not only because of the food but for the great customer experience :)

I would like to compliment Nick, the outlet manager for his personal service and attentiveness to our requests. He encouraged me to sign up for the JP pepperdine card because he said that it will benefit me as a regular diner at both Jack's Place and Restaurant Hashiogaoka. I must say that he is very convincing and did a great job selling the benefits offered by the JP group membership card. Well done and keep up the excellent service, Nick.

The waiter and the floor manager there was extremly friendly and provided good service. We were late for dinner and my 3 1/2 year old daughter was too hungry and the floor manager made special arrangement for her kids meal to be serve faster. The waiter there also constainly look at our table to ensure that water has been top up. Super good service! and my family is definately going to choose Jack's Place Safra Jurong as our weekend dinning place as often as possible!

Notwithstanding that Gerard Han had left Jack's Place outlet at West Coast Rec Centre, the place is still very efficiently managed and the high quality standard in food and services is still well maintained. Credit should be accorded to Michael who I understand is now running the place. Although he is not a full-fledge "Manager" per se, he has exhibited the capability and capacity to become one. We as customers can see for ourselves that he earns the respect of his staff in discharging his new role. I hope the management is recognising his excellence work attitude and performance.

Please also extend my appreciation to Helen who would stop at nothing in making sure that we enjoy our every visit to the outlet for lunch. I think todate, I have made close to 400 visits to that outlet alone since I beoome a member of JP Pepperdine.

I must also add that to show my support to Gerard Han, I visited your new outlet at the Grandstand and it is indeed a wonderful new joint. I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner there and would certainly make more visits to the new outlet. Please convey my appreciation to Gerard Han and Noel for their kind hospitality.
